Simon facilitated his passion for building from a young age- he began his carpentry apprenticeship at just 15 years old, learned olde style post-and-beam construction during his years in Germany, and cultivated his love of building custom mountain homes in Asheville, NC. Since moving to the High Country in 2016 to build his family, and founding Appalachian Mountain Builders in 2021, Simon has enjoyed working with individuals and families to realize their dream mountain home through innovation, close attention to detail, transparency, and dedication to craftsmanship.

She takes pride in working closely with clients to ensure that every step of the process is clear-cut and transparent. With her keen attention to detail and years of experience in the industry, Christy ensures that our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

 

With a phenomenal work ethic and a bright smile, Patrick comes to us with several years of material handling experience and a detailed background in builder supplies. He also is furthering his education as a EMT and Paramedic. Patrick enjoys local breweries and going to shows with his friends. You could see him around the office or on the site of your new custom build!

 

As a young professional who has been emersed in the construction business for the last 6 years, Chelsea is an amazing member of our team. The first face you see when you step into our offices and the first person to greet you with a warm "Hello!". Chelsea is pursuing her education in Social Work and enjoys spending time with her loved ones and her German Shepherd. Her favorite part of this business is seeing the "Finished product" and how all the craftsmanship is presented in our beautiful homes.
